Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items (buyer’s remorse).
Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and returned with original packaging and any included components.
- Non-returnable for hygiene & safety: any opened skincare, makeup, body or hair care products, and any used tools/accessories.
- Final-sale items and gift cards are not returnable.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@kdlrbeautylabs.com within 30 days of delivery to request approval and instructions. Please do not mail items before contacting us.
Return Shipping
- If your item arrived damaged/defective or we made an error: we cover the return label.
- All other returns (change of mind, shade/color preference, etc.): customer covers return shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order. We’ll process your return per this policy once it arrives and is inspected.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, please email hello@kdlrbeautylabs.com.
EU Customers (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order ships into the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. This right is separate from the standard 30-day window above.
